We currently offer two courses (Intensive 20 or Intensive 20 PLUS), both of which are valid for visas. The recommended course is the Intensive 20, which is valid for long-term visas (20 hours/week).

It depends on the embassy and country. It is recommended to start the process at least 2 to 3 months in advance.

Non-EU citizens must obtain information at a Spanish Embassy or Consulate. If an invitation letter is requested, part of the course must be paid in advance to receive the document.

Some embassies require payment of 100% of the course fee. It is advisable to check directly with the corresponding embassy.

You will be refunded 100% minus €250 for administrative fees and €150 for accommodation fees, as long as the cancellation is made at least 21 working days before the course begins.

Important Information

EU citizens do not require a visa to enter Spain. Non-EU nationals should verify student visa requirements with the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in their country. Typically, 8 weeks are needed to process the visa. If the student requires an invitation letter from the school for the visa application, an advance payment is required before the school provides the requested documentation, unless specific conditions apply based on the student’s country. Payment can be made via bank transfer or directly at the school.

Upon receipt of the payment, the invitation letter will be emailed to the student. Any administrative fees (such as bank transfer charges) will be included in the contract and must be paid on the first day of the course. This applies to both individual and group programs. The student is responsible for the entire visa

Visa denial

If the student’s visa is denied and they cannot attend the course, the full course fee will be refunded, minus administrative fees (€250) and accommodation costs (€150), provided cancellation is made at least 21 working days before the course start date. To request a refund, Cronopios Idiomas must be contacted by letter or email.

The student must submit the official visa denial letter (with date, signature, and seal) from the Spanish Consulate or Embassy, clearly indicating the student’s name, passport number, and visa type requested.
