Madrid’s Fleamarket: El Rastro

El Rastro, biggest Madrid’s fleamarket is one of the oldest and most beautiful in Europe. It’s origins are in the 18th Century, when it began to be popular as a street market. It was well know for flowers and living animals.

Today, it’s a crowdy and funny market, every Sunday, from 9:00 to 15:00, Ribera de Curtidores and the nearby streets are full of little stands where you can buy cosy clothes…
